Central London Terrace Refurbishment

The owners of this London studio requested a full refurbishment of the terrace area that they purchased from an adjoining property.

Air Conditioning Screens & Green Oak Decking

Having added air condiitoning to the studio, we were required to manufacture removable screeens to hide the cooling fans.

We also installed green oak decking to the upper area while stones were laid to the lower areas.

Galvanised Table with Granite Top

This table measures 2400mm x 800mm x 900mm high. The galvanised frame is fixed onto the concrete floor and is finished with a granite top.

Zinc Planters

The zinc planters were manufactured to specific sizes to cover the space available and were fitted with an automatic irrigation system.

Granite Steps

The granite tops were manufactured to cover the existing brickwork by producing templatesto ensure the steps would fit the space exactly. The steps were thenbonded in place.
